May 30, 2024 -The Assassination of the Rule of Law in America

I was not there when Gandhi was fighting the British invaders/occupiers and repeatedly thrown in jail under fake cases to shut him up and make him go away.  Everyday of his life, ‘they” dehumanized Gandhi. Called him all sorts of names to break him and his followers.  The British Empire wanted Gandhi to be silent and just go away, wanted to break him at all cost.  How dare a nobody have a voice! Who the hell is this peasant?

I was not there when Gandhi stood up and spoke truth to power. I was not there when Gandhi stood up for Self-Reliance, Human Dignity, Freedom and Justice for his people when he said to the British Empire “Quit India”!.

Gandhi said NO to the British Empire and “they” did weaponized the legal system against him. ALL cases, all activities under the British were all illegal!

I was not there when Martin Luther King, Jr. was repeatedly targeted, harassed, and thrown in jail under fake cases by the regime in power to silence him and make him go away.  The legal system was hijacked, perverted, weaponized to target MLK, his supporters. to dehumanize, delegitimatize, and break him and his followers. I was not there when Martin Luther King, Jr. was killed for speaking truth to power.

I was not there when Lumumba was brutally murdered, in an unimaginable, inhumane way by the Occupiers, Foreigners, for speaking for his people and speaking truth to power. He stood up for Freedom, Justice and Human Dignity for his people. Congo belonged to the people of Congo. NOT invaders or occupiers. Lumumba’s brutal inhumane murder psychologically scarred a whole people for generations ( & a continent) and has subverted a nation’s progress, and development.

Derailed TRUE FREEDOM of a whole people and a nation.

I was not there when Nelson Mandela was dehumanized, thrown in jail to silence him, for speaking truth to power and for demanding FREEDOM, Self-reliance, human dignity and JUSTICE for his people. They wanted him to rot and die in prison!  Tortured him physically and psychologically for 30 years. Sometimes they would start the day telling him he was going to be released, Mandela thinking he was going to be free, would dress up and they would take him out for a ride and return him back to his cell. They mentally tortured Mandela.

I was not there when John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, in broad daylight for standing up against the War Mongers and the Intelligence community. He envisioned another world, a New World of PEACE, not one filled with America as a manufacturer of forever wars in the world.  John F. Kennedy came to power at a critical moment in history of the world. Even though, world war 2 ended decades earlier but the calls for America entering into another war were growing in Washington DC and the IC.  Not all American people were rich. There were those who were so poor during this time. Kennedy wanted to concentrate on the people at home.

While at the same time voices of Marin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, were growing. It was a tumultuous time for America.  What made John F. Kennedy different from previous American presidents was that he spoke directly to the American people. The people listened to his words. As he became more popular with the people, “they” could not have his vision of a true and unified America.

(I was alive and (have lived) law fare, the weaponization of the legal system by a corrupt regime, the weaponization targeting an individual, the taking away of a his lawful, legal right, the looting of his home, business, stripping him of his dignity, and finally, taking his life under the regime’s fake cases scam. I heard, read and lived this fake cases scam, this Law-fare before President Turmp was the target. In Tanzania, it was a Harvard educated Attorney General of Tanzania, Andrew Chenge and another Harvard educated CCM regime lawyer who chose to conduct an all out Law-fare against a local Tanzanian businessman who had lawfully, legally won his right. Instead of adhering to the rule of law, they chose LAW-FARE. And it ended in the death of the man. Andrew Chenge, MKono, et al, threw him in all courts of Tanzania till he died in what is now “The Most Expensive Lawsuit in the Tanzania” (if not the whole world!)

I was there when America first changed with the attack on twin towers on 9/11. AND under the guise of ‘safety’ the Patriot Act was enacted. AND the war based on what is now proven to be fake, the cry of Weapons of Mass Destruction.  AS Iraq was getting bombed, US MSM cheered on the “weapons of mass destruction” cry.  The USA along with their propaganda machineUS MSM dehumanized a whole people without evidence, and bombed the hell out of Iraq.

9/11 in retrospect was the beginning of taking away the American peoples rights by the method of ‘thousand kills’ of the United States Constitution.

I was there when the Pandemic was announced. This time the cry of war was a virus- Covid19 virus, and seems like the target as always in any war, were the people. Humanity itself.  At first, the fear of the virus was overwhelming. But as time went by, something did not feel quite right.  As months passed, lockdowns, masks, 6 feet distance and the vaccine (without informed consent) mandated. This form of a mandate in a Constitutional Republic seemed Strange. As mandates are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and grew more stranger as Drs, scientists, and people who asked questions were silenced, deplatformed from social media platforms. Something clearly was not right! Imagine People being censored for asking questions. You would think this was some sort of a dystopian fiction. But it was not. It happened.  ALSO, the US MSM 24/7 became a huge Big FrMA advertising mouthpiece as did Big Tech. How stange. We were living in some bizarre time. IN REAL TIME, some sort of weird 4th Reich emerged.

However, this time (as opposed to the weapons of mass destruction time) DARKNESS did not consume the whole. As voices started questioning even though they are silenced, and emerged as some sort of a faint, frail candles flickering in a massive dark storm. As long as people started questioning the US MSM, the Big Frma sponsored Drs. and the real motivation behind the Pandemic, who was involved in it, and discover for themselves what really was going on. ALL this took place under the Hideous, UN-AMERICAN, UNDEMOCRATIC censorship complex compiled of IC and Big Frma, Big Tech et al. It was a massive terrorist attack on the FREEDOMS of the PEOPLE worldwide. By the regimes in power all over the world.

IN America, the act of complete eradication of the USA Constitution culminated on May 30, 2024 in New York City by a corrupt regime Prosecutor/DOJ and a regime aligned, agenda driven Judge along with the regime propagandists-the US MSM.

NO AMERICAN should be celebrating the death of the USA Constitution. For “they” have just taken away all rights of the people and their voices under a sham Stalinisque show trail where the rule of law was assassinated.

The UNCONSTITUTIONAL act of a New York City Judge along with the Prosecutor and the New York City one sided jury is not about Donald J. Trump.

The Biden regime wanted their headline all across the world calling TRUMP a convicted felon. They wanted to dehumanize him in front of the world and they wanted to break him. (Same methods used to silence the OPPOSITION leaders and their followers by USAID funded corrupt regimes in Africa.)

The propaganda US MSM/global media, got their headline (to sell their papers) at the expense of the rule of law in America via a corrupt regime.

This is bigger than Trump. This is about America, This is about Democracy.  This is about FREEDOM, JUSTICE, and LAWFUL, LEGAL rights of an individual.  Due Process was denied. A U.S citizen’s rights were denied. As a defendant he was not able to defend himself in front of  manufactured charges by the regime in power.

( LAW-FARE is corruption. Been the modus operandi of the CCM in Tanzania for decades. Under Law-fare fake cases are manufactured against the OPP. Leader, investors, voices against corruption, voices of dissent. It is REAL and if those who claim it is not they are not victims of it and of course, are clueless to a corrupt regime. Law-fare has nothing to do with the law, in fact when there is Law Fare, the rule of law becomes null and void.)

Once rule of law is null and void, the Republic does not hold. It’s a one way path to Tyranny, communism or corruption as the modus operandi.

OR or as the Biden regime claims “Our Democracy” which is nothing but a lawless regime’s immunity shield to protect their corruption.

This assassination of the rule of law is an attack on ALL Constitutional Republics around the world.

This is not just about Donald J. Trump. Whether you like him or not. This is about the PEOPLES rights, HUMAN DIGNITY, FREEDOMS and JUSTICE. AND a nation, and civilization itself. RULE of LAW is that thread that keeps a civilization from total collapse.
